1. Request changes promptly

The working cancellation and change window is 24 hours after placing the order, provided the parcel has not shipped. Send a request as soon as you notice the issue. A message within the window does not by itself prove that fulfillment has stopped; support must check the current stage and confirm what can be done.

2. Changing a size or design

Include the order number, the current design and size, and the proposed replacement. Be specific about the quantity. The requested alternative must be available and the order must still be changeable. If the new choice changes the price, the team should explain the difference before treating it as an agreed change.

3. Correcting an address

Write the complete corrected address, including the unit number and postal code, rather than sending only the part that changed. Confirm the destination country is one of the four supported countries. Once a parcel is with the carrier, a redirect may not be possible. Support can check the options but does not guarantee a carrier will accept a late address change.

4. Cancellation confirmation

Ask clearly for cancellation when you no longer want the order. Do not assume that leaving an item in a bag, closing the checkout page or sending a general question cancels an existing paid order. Keep the cancellation confirmation and check that it identifies the correct order or item. A confirmed cancellation follows the refund process if payment has been captured.

5. After shipment

If the parcel has shipped, use the returns process when it arrives rather than assuming the shipment can be recalled. You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. The cancellation page and the returns page cover different stages of the order journey.

6. An unpaid bag and an existing order

The bag holds the designs, sizes and quantities you are reviewing before checkout. Removing or editing a line there changes that unpaid shopping selection. It does not cancel an order already placed. If you have an actual order reference, use it when asking for an order change. A screenshot of an earlier bag can be useful context, but it does not identify the final order record. Say whether your question concerns the bag or an existing order so support can start at the correct stage. Payment methods are verified separately; the presence of a product in the bag does not prove that payment has been taken. Do not send an additional payment to an unverified link merely to request a correction.

7. The working request window

The default window is twenty-four hours after an order is placed, provided that it has not shipped. This is a window for requesting a cancellation or change, not a promise that every fulfillment action can always be reversed. Send the request as soon as you notice the problem rather than waiting for the end of the period. The team needs to check the actual order stage and confirm which action is possible. The twenty-four-hour wording describes elapsed hours, while preparation estimates elsewhere use business days. Keep those units separate. A weekend does not automatically extend an elapsed-hour window, and an unverified preparation estimate is not proof that an order remains unchanged or has not entered a shipment.

8. Cancelling every item

State clearly that you want the whole order cancelled and provide the order reference used for that purchase. If several emails describe different corrections, explain that cancellation is now the outcome you want. The team must confirm whether the order can be stopped at its current stage. An acknowledgement that your message was received is different from a confirmed cancellation. Keep the confirmation so the decision and date are clear. A confirmed cancellation can be an approval event under the refund policy. We issue approved refunds to the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account. Do not interpret an unanswered cancellation request as a message that the refund period has already started.

9. Cancelling one line in a larger order

Name the jersey design, selected size and quantity to be cancelled, and identify which other lines you want to keep. If two units of the same variation were ordered and only one should be removed, say that explicitly. A phrase such as cancel the jersey can be ambiguous in a multi-item order. Ask support to confirm the remaining order scope and any resulting amount rather than relying on a total from an earlier bag screenshot. A decision concerning one line does not automatically cancel the whole order. The team needs the actual fulfillment stage for the affected items before confirming the action. Keep the message that identifies the lines changed and the lines retained.

10. Correcting the selected size

Give the design name, current size and intended replacement size. These jerseys use the named options S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, but the labels do not provide verified dimensions. If a fit concern led to the change, ask for the confirmed garment information you need before choosing another label. Do not rely on a chart from a reference-brand shop. A size request is not confirmed until the team checks the actual item and fulfillment stage. If the order has shipped, the return or exchange process may be the appropriate route. In that situation, ask for approved routing rather than assuming a new size choice on the product page changes the already placed order.

11. Requesting a different design

Identify the current jersey and the proposed replacement using names or SKUs so similar palettes are not confused. State the desired size and quantity of the replacement as well. A different product page can display a different price, and a change request does not automatically settle that difference. Ask support which substitution can actually be confirmed and how the resulting order record would be handled before agreeing to a new action. Do not send secret payment information or money through an unverified external request. The generated gallery shows the intended appearance, while actual garment specifications and fulfillment facts need confirmation. If the replacement depends on a measurement or material fact, ask about it directly.

12. Correcting the recipient address

Provide the complete intended recipient name, street, unit, city, region, postal code and country in the private support conversation. Explain that it replaces the earlier address rather than adding a note to it. A postcode fragment can leave the team unsure whether the street or country is also changing. The supported outbound countries are the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; entering a different country to obtain a rate is not a valid correction. An address change still depends on the shipment stage and requires confirmation. Once a carrier journey has started, the store cannot assume that a message can redirect the parcel. Ask which actual options are available for that route.

13. Correcting recipient or contact information

If the recipient name or order email needs a correction, identify the current detail and the proposed replacement clearly. Support may need to establish that the request relates to the correct order before changing personal information. Do not send an account password, a full card number or a one-time login code to prove ownership. An order reference and the relevant non-secret context are a better starting point. Tell the team whether an address correction is also part of the request, because a name change alone does not imply a new destination. Keep the reply that states what was updated. The policy does not promise an automatic account transfer or an identity-check process that has not been confirmed.

14. When more than one request has been sent

Use the existing conversation when possible and state which instruction is current. A cancellation email followed by a size-change email can describe two different outcomes. Explain whether the later message replaces the earlier one or concerns another line. Do not assume the team will infer your preference from the order of several separate conversations. Keep a concise list of the affected designs, sizes and quantities so the scope is easy to review. A duplicate request does not create a second cancellation or a second refund. If a reply confirms an action you no longer want, respond promptly and ask what stage has already been completed before requesting another change.

15. A label or shipment event has appeared

A label-created event and a carrier acceptance scan describe different stages. If tracking information appears while your request is being reviewed, send the relevant event and date to support. Do not assume that a label can always be cancelled or that every collected parcel can be recalled. The available action depends on the actual fulfillment and carrier route. Ask whether the cancellation or correction is confirmed, still being reviewed or no longer possible. If the order is already in a shipment that cannot be stopped, the return process may be the appropriate next step after delivery. Keep the tracking reference separate from the order reference so both records can be identified.

16. When the change cannot be confirmed

Ask which next step applies rather than interpreting the absence of a change as the loss of every other policy option. A jersey that arrives can be considered under the sixty-day return window for any reason, with no restocking fee. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, while the store pays to send an approved exchange item out. If the issue is an error on our side, the return-shipping arrangement differs. Do not ship a parcel to the merchant contact address without approved routing. Returns and Exchanges explains the physical process; Refund Policy explains approval and money timing. The correct route depends on the actual event, not on a guessed order status.

17. Keeping a useful record of the decision

Save the request, any clarification and the reply confirming the final action. The important details are the affected order lines, the requested replacement or cancellation, and the date of the confirmed decision. If a later message seems inconsistent, refer to those details without sending a complete financial history. For a refund question, identify the actual approval event rather than assuming every support reply starts the seven-calendar-day issuance period. For a shipping question, identify the actual shipment reference and event. Do not post the full order email or home address in public to explain a disagreement. A focused private follow-up gives the team the information needed to review the confirmed action and the unresolved question.
