1. What approval means

Refund approval is the point at which support confirms the amount and the reason for the refund. Depending on the case, approval follows receipt and inspection of a return, approval of a documented photo claim, or confirmation of a cancellation. A message asking about a refund is a request; it is not itself confirmation that the refund has been approved.

2. Timing and destination

We issue approved refunds to the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account. The refund is not redirected to an unrelated account or a different person. If the original method has changed, contact support so the available route can be checked. Do not send bank passwords or payment-card security codes to explain the change.

3. Refund amount

The confirmed amount should identify the item and any applicable shipping adjustment. There is no restocking fee. Change-of-mind return postage is the customer responsibility and should not be confused with the price of the item. When the error is ours, the return-shipping arrangement is covered as described in the Returns and Exchanges policy.

4. Partial orders

A request concerning one item does not automatically cancel every other item in the order. Identify the particular jersey, size and quantity involved. Support should distinguish the returned item from items you are keeping so the approval amount is clear. Check the confirmation and ask promptly if the quantity or item does not match the request.

5. Checking the refund

Look for the refund or reversal through the original payment provider, using the information in the approval notice. The way a provider displays a reversal can differ from the way it displays a new credit. If you cannot identify it after the stated period, send support the order number and approval date without sharing a complete financial statement or payment credentials.

6. Questions and records

Keep the order confirmation, return approval, tracking information and refund approval together until the case is complete. These records make it easier to identify the stage of the request. If the amount appears incorrect, describe the specific difference and the item involved rather than opening several unrelated messages about the same case.

10. A refund decision and a bank posting are different events

When you ask for a refund, there are two distinct questions: whether the refund is approved and when the money reaches the original payment method. The seven-calendar-day timing starts after approval. Approval means the returned item has arrived and been inspected, the photo claim has been approved, or the cancellation has been confirmed. The first email asking a question is not the approval event. Keep the approval message because it identifies the decision and gives you a clear date from which to count. If the message does not make the decision clear, ask whether the request is approved rather than assuming that a general acknowledgement starts the refund clock. This distinction also helps support investigate a timing question with the right information instead of asking you to resend the whole order history.

11. How to identify the amount you are asking about

Name the order, the jersey design, its size, and the number of items involved. A request covering one jersey from an order of several items should identify that line rather than saying only that you want the order refunded. Compare the actual order record with the item you are returning. The product’s current displayed price does not replace the amount recorded for your purchase. Include any order-level adjustment that you want the team to review, but do not calculate a refund from an invented former price or a promotion that was not applied. If you are uncertain about a line, ask support to explain the proposed amount before you agree to a different resolution. A clear amount and item reference make a partial refund easier to distinguish from a whole-order cancellation.

12. When a return is involved

The Returns and Exchanges page explains the physical steps for sending a jersey back. This page explains the money decision after those steps. Ask for the correct return route before shipping; a parcel sent to an unconfirmed address may be harder to connect with your request. Keep the shipping reference and the communication identifying the approved item. The working return-inspection target is two business days after arrival, pending operational confirmation. That target does not change the separate seven-calendar-day refund issuance promise after approval. If tracking says delivered but approval has not been communicated, ask whether the parcel has been matched to your case and inspected. Do not interpret a carrier’s delivery scan as a message that a refund has already been approved.

13. When a photo claim is involved

For damage, a defect, the wrong item or an item that does not match its description, identify the relevant part of the jersey and explain what differs. A clear photograph of the issue can help the team understand the claim, but it is not useful to send unrelated photographs or private information. Include the design name, selected size, order reference and a concise explanation. Support may need to clarify the image or confirm which item it shows before reaching a decision. A photo claim starts the refund timing when it is approved, not when the image is uploaded or emailed. If return shipping is needed for an error on our side, it is covered through a prepaid label or reimbursement. Ask for that arrangement rather than choosing a service and assuming every postage cost will be approved.

14. When cancellation is the approval event

A confirmed cancellation is one of the approval events for a refund. A request to cancel is a request until the team confirms that the order can be stopped. Include the order number and state whether you want to cancel every line or only a particular jersey. A cancellation request can overlap with an address or size correction, so say clearly which outcome you want. Once cancellation and refund approval have been confirmed, keep the approval message and use its date for the seven-calendar-day issuance period. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account. If the order has already moved into a shipment that cannot be stopped, the return process may be the appropriate next route. Do not assume that deleting a jersey from an unpaid shopping bag cancels an already placed order; a bag action and an order decision are separate records.

15. Original payment method and account access

An approved refund goes to the original payment method. Do not send a new card number, a wallet password or a bank-login code by email to request a refund. Support should not need those credentials to identify the order. If the original account has changed, explain the situation without sharing secret information and ask which verified steps apply to the actual payment provider. This store does not promise an alternative account route that has not been confirmed. Keep an order reference and any refund reference the team supplies. A refund notification, a payment-provider status and a visible bank entry can describe different stages. Ask about the stage that is unclear and provide the date and reference, rather than assuming every notification means the money is already visible.

16. Currency, exchanges and separate purchases

Store prices are shown in USD. Your payment provider may present an entry in a different account currency. The provider’s exchange-rate handling is separate from the product price and does not establish an additional store fee. When you compare a refund with an account entry, identify the currency of both figures. Do not combine the cost of a new purchase with the amount being returned on an earlier order without asking support to explain the separate records. An exchange and a refund also have different outcomes: an exchange sends an approved replacement, while a refund returns an approved amount to the original method. If you change the outcome you want, say so promptly and ask which action has already been confirmed. This helps prevent two requests being treated as though they described the same decision.

17. A practical timing example

Suppose you receive an email confirming that a particular return has been received, inspected and approved for refund. Use that approval date as the starting point for the seven-calendar-day period. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays still count as calendar days in that period. The earlier return-postage date is useful for tracing the parcel, but it is not the refund approval date. If you reach the end of the period without seeing the refund, send the order reference, approval date and the relevant payment-provider information that does not reveal secret credentials. Ask the team to confirm the refund status and reference. This is an illustration of how to read the policy, not a claim that an example transaction has occurred or that a particular bank has a fixed processing schedule.

18. Partial orders and more than one delivery

An order can contain several designs or quantities, and the refund question may cover only some of them. Name each affected line and the quantity involved. If different parcels are involved, give the relevant delivery information for the items you are discussing. Do not start a second unrelated email for each line unless support asks for separate cases; one clear list can make the scope easier to follow. Ask the team to state which lines have been approved and which still need information. A decision on one item does not automatically answer a question about another item. Keep the distinction between a claim window, a physical return route and the approved refund amount, especially when the items arrived on different dates. There is no restocking fee under this store’s return policy.

19. Following up without exposing payment details

Use the existing support conversation when possible and put the order number near the start of your reply. State the exact unresolved point: approval, amount, refund reference or visible receipt. If you attach an account screenshot, obscure unrelated transactions, account numbers and private details. Support needs enough information to identify the issue, not a complete financial history. Avoid posting an order email, home address or payment reference in a public review or social message. If a message claiming to be from the store asks you to pay a release fee or disclose a login code to obtain your refund, verify the request through [email protected] before acting. The published refund policy does not require an extra payment to unlock an approved refund.
