1. What does Bold Jersey sell?
We present fifty original jersey designs across five independent collections. Each product page names the design and shows its graphic appearance. Browse by collection to compare the different palettes and motifs.
2. Is this a professional team shop?
Bold Jersey is an independent brand. Its original numbered designs do not claim affiliation with a professional league, club or player. The number is part of the design composition.
3. Which sizes are listed?
The named size options are S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. A size label is not a measurement chart. Ask support for exact dimensions before buying when a measurement matters to your fit preference.
4. What do the product images show?
They are generated mockups of the original designs. The full-item, detail and styling views help explain appearance. Accessories in styling views are not included with a jersey.
5. Where is shipping offered?
Eligible orders ship free to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum order value and no coupon is needed. Other countries do not receive a checkout shipping method.
6. When will a parcel arrive?
The working estimate is one to three business days for preparation plus three to seven business days in transit. Carrier and item-specific timing require confirmation; these estimates are not guaranteed dates.
7. Can I change an order?
Request a correction promptly. The working window is 24 hours provided the order has not shipped. Support must confirm that the change can still be made.
8. How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery, for any reason, with no restocking fee. Ask for routing instructions before sending the item.
9. Who pays return shipping?
We cover a return caused by our error, including a wrong, defective or damaged item. You pay return postage for a change of mind or size preference; we pay to ship an approved exchange item out.
10. When do approved refunds arrive?
We issue approved refunds to the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account. Keep the approval message and contact support if that time has passed.
11. Which payments are accepted?
Payment connection is being completed separately. Only methods actually available and verified at checkout count as accepted. Do not send an off-site payment to a message claiming to bypass checkout.
12. How do I get help?
Email [email protected] with the design SKU for a product question, or the order number and checkout email for an order question. Never send card security codes or account passwords.

Practical shopping questions
How do I compare two jersey designs?
Start with the graphic feature you want to wear most often. A chevron makes one strong directional gesture, a shoulder treatment frames the upper body, and a side-panel composition gives the body a different outline. Compare the full-item images first, then use the detail view to understand the arrangement. A styling view can show one outfit combination, but it does not promise a particular fit or fabric behavior. Each design has its own title and SKU, which are useful if you want support to distinguish two similar palettes. Compare the same named size only after checking what actual garment information is available. A product number is part of the original graphic, not a claim about a professional player or a licensed team.
Can I use a size chart from a professional team shop?
A reference-brand chart does not establish the measurements of these independent jerseys. The catalog offers S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, but a named size is not a universal dimension. Use a garment you already find comfortable, record your measuring points and units, and ask for the confirmed dimensions of the item you are considering. Say whether you prefer a closer shape, a relaxed fit or space for another layer. The Size Guide explains how to make that question useful without publishing a guessed chart. When exact measurements are unresolved, ask before ordering. Do not infer a manufacturing tolerance, fabric stretch or performance property from a generated appearance image.
What do the main, detail and styling pictures mean?
The full-item view presents the overall silhouette, colors, panels and central number. The detail view focuses on a part of that same original design, while the styling view shows a way to combine it with plain clothing in a setting. These are generated design mockups. They describe the intended visual composition and do not verify fiber content, seam construction, dimensions or color accuracy on every screen. Styling accessories are excluded; the product is one jersey. If an exact construction detail is important, name the design and refer to the specific area in the image when contacting support. A clear visual reference helps identify the question without treating an illustration as a manufacturer specification.
Why should I check the size again in my bag?
A product page can retain an earlier selection or a copied link can point to a particular variation. Review the jersey name, selected size and quantity after adding it to the bag. If the line is wrong, remove it or return to the product page to choose the intended option. A quantity of two means two of that selected variation; it does not automatically combine two different sizes. Review the total after an update has finished, especially if the page is still loading. The bag is a shopping record, not a paid order confirmation. Changing an unpaid bag does not cancel an order that has already been placed, and an order correction needs its own support request.
How does free shipping apply to my destination?
Free outbound shipping is configured for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum order value or coupon. The actual checkout country determines which destination is matched. Enter the recipient’s real country, region and postal code instead of selecting a different country to obtain a rate. An address outside the four supported countries has no shipping method. A free rate describes the outbound shipping charge; it does not prove a particular carrier, delivery date, customs treatment or return-postage arrangement. Shipping and Delivery explains the working preparation and transit estimates. Ask support for item-specific information if the arrival timing matters to your plans.
Does a label-created tracking event mean my parcel has shipped?
A label-created event shows that shipment information has been entered. It does not by itself prove that the carrier has collected the parcel. A collection or acceptance scan describes a later event. Compare the wording and time of the status before asking about a delay, then send support the order number and the message you are seeing. Do not publish the recipient’s address or an account login in a public comment to request a tracking update. If there is no carrier reference yet, ask what fulfillment information is actually available rather than assuming a parcel is lost. The Order Tracking page distinguishes preparation, carrier events and delivery questions without inventing a carrier or a tracking result.
Can I ask to change an address or size after ordering?
Send the request promptly and identify the order, the current detail and the intended replacement. For an address change, provide the full corrected address rather than an isolated street or postal-code fragment. For a size change, name the design and the exact new size. The working request window is 24 hours after ordering when the order has not shipped, but a request still requires confirmation that the fulfillment stage allows the change. If the parcel has already entered a route that cannot be stopped, the return process may be the appropriate next step. Keep the reply confirming what was changed; an acknowledgement that your email was received does not necessarily confirm a correction.
What if I simply change my mind about a jersey?
You may request a return within 60 days from delivery for any reason, including a change of mind or a size or color preference. There is no restocking fee. For this type of return, you pay the return shipping, while the store pays to send an approved exchange item out. Ask for routing instructions before posting anything. The business contact address in the footer is not automatically the return destination. Name the jersey, size, quantity and desired outcome in your message. If you want a different item, ask which replacement information can be confirmed. Returns and Exchanges explains the physical process, while the Refund Policy explains the money decision and timing.
What information helps with a damaged or incorrect item?
Identify the order and the affected jersey, then explain what is damaged, defective, incorrect or different from the description. A whole-item image can identify the design and a relevant close image can show the issue. Keep the photographs focused on the item and avoid including unrelated private information. The claim window is 60 days from delivery. For an error on our side, the return shipment is covered through a prepaid label or reimbursement. Support needs to confirm the arrangement and routing before you purchase postage. A photo claim begins the refund timing when it is approved, not merely when an image is emailed. Ask whether the decision is approved if the reply is unclear.
When does the seven-day refund period begin?
We issue approved refunds to the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account. Approval means the returned item has been received and inspected, a photo claim has been approved, or cancellation has been confirmed. The date you first ask for a refund is not necessarily that approval date. Keep the approval message and the relevant order reference. Calendar days include weekends, while some other operational estimates on the site use business days. If you need to follow up, identify whether the question concerns approval, the amount, a refund reference or receipt on the original method. Do not email a card number, password or one-time account code to explain the issue.
Is adding to the bag the same as placing a paid order?
Adding a selected jersey to the bag lets you review the design, size, quantity and total. Checkout then uses the address and displays the payment methods that are actually available. A bag entry is not evidence that payment has been taken. Payment integration is handled separately, and this store does not advertise an unverified payment brand as accepted. If checkout states that no method is available, do not send money to an unsolicited external link claiming to complete the order. Verify the situation through the published support channel. A paid confirmation needs an actual verified payment and an order record; neither is created by simply viewing a product or saving a size selection.
How can I ask for help without sending too much private information?
Use [email protected] and name the design or order reference near the start of the message. State the specific question and the outcome you want. For a product question, the SKU and size may be enough. For a correction, explain the current detail and the proposed replacement. Do not send a full card number, security code, account password, one-time login code or a complete financial history. If an attachment contains unrelated personal information, obscure it first. Keep related replies in the same conversation when possible so the issue can be followed. A response target of one business day is a working operating estimate pending delivery verification, rather than a claim that every message will receive an instant reply.
