1. Destinations and shipping cost
Free outbound shipping applies to eligible orders addressed to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. There is no order-value minimum and no coupon is required. The checkout address determines the destination match. An address outside these four countries does not receive a shipping method. Please contact support rather than using an incorrect country to bypass that restriction.
2. Preparation and transit estimates
The working estimate is 1–3 business days for preparation and 3–7 business days in transit. These are estimates pending carrier and item-specific fulfillment confirmation, not guaranteed delivery dates. Preparation and transit are separate stages; a shipping label alone does not prove that a carrier has collected a parcel. Ask support for the information available for your specific order when timing is important.
3. Ship-from information
The merchant supplied the United States as the ship-from country. A country is not a carrier commitment or a promise that every design will use the same fulfillment facility. We do not name a carrier or publish an exact origin facility until those details are confirmed. If a change affects the timing or route of an order, contact support to review the available information.
4. Address accuracy
Enter the recipient name, street, unit or apartment, city, state or region, postal code and country carefully. A missing unit number can delay delivery even when the street is correct. Use the address where the intended recipient can receive the parcel. If you notice an error after placing an order, request a correction promptly through the Cancel or Change an Order page.
5. Tracking and delivery issues
Use the tracking details supplied with the shipment to see the carrier status. Tracking may begin with a label-created event before a collection scan appears. If the status is unclear, send support the order number and the relevant tracking message. When a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location, reception or household members before asking support to investigate.
6. Returns are a separate shipment
Free outbound shipping does not automatically make change-of-mind return postage free. When the error is ours, such as an incorrect or defective item, the return shipment is covered by a prepaid label or reimbursement. For a change of mind or size preference, the customer pays return shipping, while we pay to send an approved exchange item out. Read the returns policy before arranging postage.
7. United States address checks
Use the recipient’s actual United States address, including an apartment, unit or suite when needed. The street, city, state and ZIP code should identify the same destination. A missing unit can leave a carrier with the right building but no clear recipient location. Do not substitute the merchant’s contact address or an unrelated state to obtain a rate. Free outbound shipping has no order-value minimum or coupon requirement for the supported country. That rate does not identify a particular carrier, service level or guaranteed arrival date. If an address needs special access, ask support which information can be passed to the confirmed fulfillment route. The store does not claim that a note can override a carrier’s delivery rules.
8. Canada address checks
Select Canada as the destination and enter the actual province and postal code. Keep the unit or apartment information with the street address rather than placing it in an unrelated field. A Canadian postal code and a United States ZIP code use different formats, so review the country before interpreting an address error. Free outbound shipping applies without a minimum purchase or coupon for the supported destination. This is a shipping-charge policy and does not establish a customs decision, a carrier name or a guaranteed date. If an address format is rejected, explain the problem to support with the relevant order information instead of changing the destination country. Keep personal address details out of public comments.
9. Australia address checks
Select Australia and use the correct state or territory and postcode for the recipient. Include the unit and street information clearly when a delivery location has several households. An incomplete address can create a problem even when a postcode identifies the general area. Free outbound shipping applies under the same no-minimum, no-coupon rule as the other supported countries. The published rate does not verify a remote-area service or a specific carrier’s acceptance of an address. When access or location is unusual, ask about the actual fulfillment information available for the order before relying on a guessed delivery arrangement. Do not use a different country or an invented postcode to get past the address form.
10. New Zealand address checks
Select New Zealand and enter the recipient’s actual locality, region where requested, and postcode. Include the recipient name and any unit information that makes the destination clear. If your address includes a delivery-specific format, ask support to confirm the information needed for the actual carrier route rather than rewriting it into an unrelated country format. Free outbound shipping has no minimum order value and requires no coupon. This rate is not proof that every address type uses the same route or arrival estimate. A full, accurate address is more useful than a short delivery note that leaves out a necessary part of the destination. Review the address again before confirming an order.
11. An unsupported destination is not an address shortcut
The configured destinations are the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. An address outside those countries has no available shipping method. Contact support about an unsupported destination instead of entering a supported country while leaving the rest of the address elsewhere. Such a combination would describe a different destination and can prevent fulfillment. Adding a coupon, increasing quantity or choosing a different named size does not turn an unsupported country into a supported shipping zone. The policy does not promise an international forwarding arrangement that has not been confirmed. If you are arranging a purchase for someone in another country, check the real recipient destination before choosing the design and reviewing the bag.
12. When preparation and transit are separate
The working estimates are one to three business days for preparation and three to seven business days in transit, pending the actual carrier and item-specific fulfillment information. Preparation covers the stage before a carrier journey begins; transit covers movement after the parcel enters that route. Do not read the two figures as a guaranteed appointment or assume that a label event starts the full transit period. Weekends and local holidays can affect business-day counting. If you need the jersey for a particular event, ask for the information that can actually be confirmed before ordering. The store does not invent a rush service or promise that every design will leave from an identical facility. A clear date question is easier to answer than an assumption based on a reference shop.
13. Gift recipients and a different delivery address
When a jersey is intended for someone else, confirm the recipient’s full name and address with enough detail for delivery. Consider whether the recipient can receive the parcel at that location. A surprise gift does not remove the need for an accurate unit, street, region and postal code. Do not use an address you remember from an earlier conversation without checking whether it is still current. If the recipient needs a different size, that is a separate product-selection question; the shipping address does not identify the garment fit. The store does not promise gift packaging or a gift-message service that has not been confirmed. Ask support before relying on an additional presentation feature.
14. Corrections after an order
If you discover an address mistake, send a correction request promptly. Include the order number, the current address and the complete proposed address so the team can compare them. A fragment such as a new postcode is less useful than the full corrected destination. The working request window is twenty-four hours after ordering when the parcel has not shipped; actual changes depend on the fulfillment stage and require confirmation. An email acknowledgement is not necessarily a message that the address was changed. Once a carrier journey has begun, the available options may be different. Read Cancel or Change an Order and keep the reply that states what action has been confirmed.
15. More than one item or parcel
An order can contain several jersey designs or quantities. The displayed shipping policy does not by itself establish whether those items will travel together, use identical preparation stages or share one tracking reference. Use the actual shipment messages available for the order. If you receive one item and believe another is missing, compare the parcel contents with the order lines and the shipping information before assuming the whole order was delivered in one package. Tell support which design, size and quantity you received and which line is unresolved. Do not open a duplicate claim for an item merely because a different parcel has a delivery scan. The team needs the actual order and shipment information to explain the next step.
16. Customs questions and destination rules
Free outbound shipping describes the store’s shipping charge for the four supported countries. It does not determine customs treatment, destination taxes or a government decision. Do not assume that a zero shipping charge is a promise that every possible destination-related charge is covered. Ask support what information is established for the actual order when a destination rule matters to your decision. The store does not publish an invented tariff classification, carrier clearance service or legal exemption. Use the recipient’s correct country and truthful address information throughout the process. A delivery estimate can be affected by a review outside the store’s control, so a timing question should identify the actual shipment stage rather than a guessed customs status.
17. When tracking says delivered but the parcel is unclear
Read the carrier event carefully and check the relevant location, household members, building reception or other normal receiving point. Do not assume that a broad delivery event names the exact person who received the parcel. If it cannot be found, send support the order number, tracking reference and the status text with its date. Keep the explanation factual and avoid posting the full address publicly. The store needs the actual carrier information to investigate; it does not claim an investigation result before that review. If the issue is an incorrect or incomplete address, explain it directly. A missing-parcel question is different from a return request for a jersey that has arrived, and the available evidence for the two situations differs.
18. Return postage remains a separate decision
The free outbound rate applies to eligible shipments sent to the supported destinations. It does not automatically make change-of-mind return postage free. Under the default return policy, you pay return shipping for a change of mind or size preference and the store pays to send an approved exchange item out. For an error on our side, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described item, return shipment is covered through a prepaid label or reimbursement. Ask for the approved routing and postage arrangement before sending anything back. The merchant contact address is not an automatic return destination. Read Returns and Exchanges for the physical process and Refund Policy for issuance within seven calendar days after approval. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account.
