Free outbound shipping to US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 60-day returns; we issue approved refunds to the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. Provider posting time varies. No restocking fee.
1. The return window
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery for any reason. This applies to every product and includes a change of mind or a size or color preference. There is no restocking fee. The 60-day window begins from delivery, rather than the date you first browsed the product or added it to your bag. Keep the order information so the team can confirm the relevant item and dates.
2. Request instructions before shipping
Email support with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Explain whether you want a refund or an exchange. Wait for the routing instructions before sending the parcel. Sending it to a contact address found in a footer may cause avoidable delay because the merchant contact and the approved return destination are not necessarily the same.
3. Return postage
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, we cover the return shipment with a prepaid label or postage reimbursement. For a change of mind, including a size or color exchange, you pay return postage. We pay the outbound shipping of an approved exchange item. Ask support how to document a postage reimbursement before purchasing a service.
4. Packing the parcel
Pack the jersey so it is protected during the return journey. Include enough identifying information to match it to the approved request, such as the order number and the return reference. Remove or cover old shipping labels so the carrier does not confuse the destination. Keep your postal receipt and tracking reference until the return is resolved.
5. Inspection and exchanges
The operating target is to inspect a return within two business days of arrival. This is a handling target rather than evidence that a parcel has arrived. An exchange depends on the requested design and size being available when the request is processed. If the requested option is not available, support can explain the alternatives rather than substituting a different item without your agreement.
6. How the refund relates to a return
The return policy describes the physical process; the refund policy describes the money. Approval may follow receipt and inspection, an approved photo claim or a confirmed cancellation. We issue approved refunds to the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The payment provider controls when the credit appears on your statement or bank account. No restocking fee is deducted. Contact support if the stated period has passed and keep the approval message available.
10. Prepare a return request that identifies the jersey
A useful request names the order number, design, selected size, quantity and desired outcome. Say whether you want a refund or an exchange, then explain the reason in ordinary language. You do not need to turn a fit preference into a damage claim: the 60-day return window covers any reason, including a change of mind. If the item is incorrect, damaged, defective or not as described, explain that separately because the return-postage responsibility differs. A jersey name and SKU help distinguish similar color combinations, while the size identifies the exact order line. Keep a copy of the request and the reply. These details make it easier to confirm the scope without assuming that every item in a multi-item order is being sent back.
11. The contact address and the return route
The merchant contact address in the footer is a way to identify the business contact supplied for the store. It is not automatically a warehouse, a staffed reception point or the correct destination for every return. Wait for the approved routing instructions before posting the parcel. Check the recipient, street, unit, city, region, postal code and country against that message. If any part is unclear, ask for clarification before paying postage. Do not combine an address from an earlier order with a new instruction. A return route can depend on the item and the reason for the request. The store does not claim a carrier or facility that has not been confirmed. Sending to an unconfirmed route can create avoidable delay in matching the parcel with your request.
12. Change of mind and size preference
You may request a return for a change of mind or a different size or color preference within 60 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. For this type of return, you pay the return-shipping cost, while the store pays the outbound shipping for an approved exchange item. Before requesting an exchange, name the design and the option you want and ask whether the relevant item can be confirmed. A named size is not a verified measurement chart. If fit caused the return, explain the dimension or fit preference you want to compare so that a second selection does not depend on the same unresolved guess. Read the Size Guide and ask for the actual garment information available for that design.
13. Incorrect, defective or damaged items
If the problem is an incorrect item, damage, a defect or an item that does not match its description, identify the specific issue and include a relevant photograph when it helps explain what you received. A picture of the whole jersey can identify the design, while a close view can identify the affected area. Keep the images relevant and avoid including unrelated people or personal documents. For an error on our side, return shipment is covered through a prepaid label or reimbursement. Ask support to confirm the arrangement and the route before shipping. Do not assume that every available premium service has been approved for reimbursement. The claim window is 60 days from delivery, consistent with the general return window.
14. Packing and identifying the return
Use suitable packaging that protects the jersey during the return journey and avoids unnecessary exposure to moisture or dirt. Do not put sensitive payment information in the parcel. Include only the case or order identification requested in the routing instructions so the returned item can be matched to the approved request. If you return more than one item, make the quantities and designs clear. Keep a photograph or note of the items you packed when it helps you remember the scope, without treating that record as a substitute for the carrier reference. Follow the approved route and any specific packing instructions supplied for the actual item. The policy does not invent packaging certifications or a required carrier that has not been confirmed.
15. Ship-back timing and proof of dispatch
The working deadline is to send the parcel within 14 days after return approval. Keep the approval date and dispatch reference so both stages can be identified. This is separate from the 60-day window to request the return after delivery. If a practical problem prevents dispatch within the working deadline, contact support before it expires and explain the situation rather than assuming an extension. Keep the carrier receipt and tracking reference when one is provided. A created postage label and a parcel accepted by a carrier are different events. If you need to explain a delay, state the event shown in the tracking record. Do not send a parcel before the route has been confirmed merely to create an earlier label date.
16. What happens when a returned parcel arrives
Arrival starts the return-review stage; it does not by itself prove that a refund or exchange has been approved. The working inspection target is two business days after arrival, pending actual operational confirmation. Support may need to match the parcel with the order and clarify the item or requested outcome. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received a decision, ask whether the return has been identified and reviewed. Include the order and dispatch reference in the same conversation. For a refund, the separate seven-calendar-day issuance period begins after approval, as explained in the Refund Policy. For an exchange, ask which item and option have been confirmed and which outbound information is available.
17. Exchanging one design for another
State the jersey you are returning and the replacement design and size you want. An exchange request is not a promise that every design or option can be substituted immediately. The team needs to confirm the actual fulfillment information and explain the available resolution. If the alternative has a different displayed price, ask how the difference will be handled before agreeing to a new action. Do not send an off-site payment or secret account details in response to an unverified message. The store pays to ship an approved exchange item out under the change-of-mind default, while the customer pays the corresponding return postage. Keep the approval message so the replacement scope and shipping responsibility are clear.
18. When an order contains several jerseys
A return can cover one item, several items or every line in an order. List the exact designs, sizes and quantities rather than using a phrase that leaves the scope unclear. If only one of two identical jerseys is affected, say that explicitly. When the items arrived in separate parcels, identify the relevant delivery date for each return request. Do not assume that a decision concerning one line approves every other item. A single well-organized message can explain the requested outcomes for several lines without exposing unnecessary personal information. Ask support to confirm which items should be included in one return parcel and which routing instructions apply. This avoids using a route intended for a different item.
19. Before choosing the replacement size
Use the fit issue from the first jersey as useful information. Explain whether the problem was chest room, body length, shoulder feel, sleeve opening or the space needed for a layer. A letter-size label alone cannot answer every fit question, and the generated gallery is not a verified measurement table. Compare a garment you already like using clear measuring points and units, then ask for the confirmed dimensions available for the intended replacement. Do not assume that a reference-brand chart applies to this independent design. A careful comparison is particularly useful when you are between two named sizes or choosing for someone else. The goal is a better-informed selection rather than a universal instruction to size up or down.
